High School Home Education Workshop
Download the transcript/notes presented in the high school workshop at the FLA  August meeting every year.  You are welcome to download copies of this and share it with others. This information should be used as a reference throughout your student's high school years.

High School Credit Worksheet - This worksheet is designed to help you keep track of the high school credits your student has already earned toward graduation and to help in planning future courses.

High School Transcript Form - With this form, you can enter your information via your computer keyboard, then print it out and submit to your FLA advisor. Or you could print a blank version of it and enter your information by hand or with a typewriter.
